Biquíni ou maiô?

  É verão, hora de tirar o biquíni do armário. O biquíni apareceu pela primeira vez em meados do século passado e diminuiu muito de tamanho desde então, mas os modelos retrô ainda estão por aí.

Em sua homenagem, iniciamos o primeiro desafio de ilustração do Dressed to Draw first illustration challenge: lápis, canetas e pincéis para retratar o biquíni. Ou você prefere uma peça única? Sua escolha.

Vou começar pela Cássia, dos Caçadores de Mico; como ela é um pouco modesta, prefere usar um maiô com bastante pano. Mas tome cuidado, pois apenas em desenhos animados você poderá visitar um museu em traje de banho.

Bikini or one-piece?

  It’s summer season, time to take your bikini out of the closet. The bikini first appeared by the middle of last century and decreased a lot in size since then, but the retro models are still around.

In its homage, we start Dressed to Draw first illustration challenge: pencils, pens and brushs out to portray the bikini. Or do you prefer an one-piece? Your choice.

I’ll start with Cássia, from Caçadores de Mico; as she’s a bit modest, she’d prefer wearing a one-piece with a lot of cloth. But beware that only in cartoon you’d be allowed to museum in bathing suit.

Dressed to Draw is on hold

     Dressed to Draw is an old project that already had a self domain. The year of 2023 has come and gone and it could not be restarted yet. The same is true for the projects B.O.W. games and The Songdrawer. Drawing and painting, except when it's only pen and ink or digital, require a better set up that I can afford at the moment, but the idea still stands and, in 2024, I need to make a way to retake them.
